Return & Refund Policy

At Orange Accessories, we stand by the quality of our products. At the same time, we do not support misuse of return or refund policies. Please read this carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement is accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

No video = no claim. No exceptions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Items showing signs of use or tampering

  • Products returned without approval

  • Orders placed with incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

We’re not Amazon. Choose carefully.


3. How to Raise a Return Request

To request a return:

  1. Email support@orangeaccessories.in within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Clear unboxing video/photos

Requests sent after 24 hours will be rejected automatically.


4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • All returns require prior approval

  • Approved returns may be picked up by our courier partner or requested to be shipped by the customer

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval

We decide the method. Not negotiable.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping charges (forward & return) are non-refundable

If inspection fails, no refund will be issued.


6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion


7. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds (if approved) are issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Customer must provide correct bank details


8. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Undelivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

The order may be returned to origin (RTO).
Any refund issued will be after deducting shipping and RTO charges.


9. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

Any chargeback raised without contacting support first may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Legal action if fraud is detected

Yes, we track this.


10. Final Authority

Orange Accessories reserves the final right to approve or reject any return or refund request.
