Cancellation Policy

Orange Accessories
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Orange Accessories, orders are processed quickly. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive and limited.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Cancellation requests after this window will not be accepted

Once an order enters processing or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.


2. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on order status.


3. Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order is already dispatched:

  • Cancellation is not possible

  • You may refer to the Return & Refund Policy after delivery (if eligible)

Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) may be deducted


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

  • Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may result in:

    • COD being disabled for your account

    • Future order restrictions

Yes, we track COD abuse.


6. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply.
