At Orange Accessories, orders are processed quickly. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive and limited.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order

Cancellation requests after this window will not be accepted
Once an order enters processing or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation:

Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation
Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on order status.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order is already dispatched:

Cancellation is not possible

You may refer to the Return & Refund Policy after delivery (if eligible)
Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) may be deducted
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may result in:

COD being disabled for your account

Future order restrictions

Yes, we track COD abuse.
6. Seller-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Suspected fraud or misuse
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
